Silky smooth

Silky smooth mouth feel. Dark chocolate and almond most prominent with the fruits forward mostly centred around the cherries. The dark chocolate becomes even more pronounced as it cools. Generally speaking it’s a pleasant cup, easy drinking and I’d make it my regular if not for the price tag. In saying that, it doesn’t fit my usual flavour profile preference that I normally find in most anaerobic processed beans.

Seems to create a lot of fines irrespective of what I grind with. (Zp6, 64mm SSP LS reds v3 or Baratza esp). Have made this using both a switch for pour over and pulled turbos with the flair 58.

All in all. Pretty yummy but I don’t think I could justify buying again. Thanks Ickle for getting them in for us all to try.

Jamaica Blue Mountain was okay

I wasn't blown away at all by this. A very drinkable coffee - smooth and delightful, but not very characteristic and defining like I thought it was. Sorry
